Like many countries at the moment, the UK is on lockdown. This means that schools, universities, shops and many other important establishments have closed to ensure the safety of their staff and families.
Much like those establishments, the Lewis School is online while our students and staff study and teach from home. We have now been fully online for several months and our students seem to be loving the experience as the students enjoy smaller classes, more practice of specific skills, a more democratic atmosphere (everyone gets the chance to talk), and more access to self-study.
Not only have schools closed but also many Exam centres, which means many of our students, are now worried about their futures. However, we can help you to continue to achieve your goals.
For our students these include going to university, getting a better job or promotion, gaining residency in the UK, communicating well in the country they live, or going to study at a high school in a different country. Many students need an official exam certification for these goals and dreams to become a reality and this is where we can help.
As of April 2020, the examining board for the IELTS examinations has promoted the ?? IELTs indicator. This test assesses all fours skills (speaking, reading, writing and listening) just like an IELTs exam would, and the best part is that you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
Many leading universities in the UK are now accepting this test due to the international situation.
