The Lewis School has been operating in the junior sector since 1997, when our first summer centres were launched in Southampton and Winchester. Junior programmes are a speciality of our school. Every year we now welcome over 1,000 junior students from all over the world. We also welcome groups all year round at both our main school in Southampton and at the University of Winchester.
We organise junior summer English programmes in both Southampton and Winchester. Summer English courses include the Classic Programme, English & Football and English & Theatre.
We welcome off-peak junior groups year-round for stays of 5 days–4 weeks, with accommodation in homestays (Southampton) or residence (Winchester). Programmes include Classic, Storytelling, Cultural Week, and bespoke project-based options (including PCTO).
