Our Junior Summer Centre is based at the King Alfred Campus with top-class facilities. Here you’ll find an attractive blend of historic and modern architecture on campus. It offers a safe and peaceful environment but is just a 15-minute walk from the city centre.

(*) The age range is 11-17. However, we may occasionally accept a younger or older student from the same school year as someone else in the group. Our junior programme in Winchester is delivered by the Lewis School of English and is not sponsored or endorsed by Winchester University.

Winchester Student Accommodation on Campus

We generally operate a zigzag timetable for certain busiest weeks. This means that one week, your English lessons will be in the morning and the following week, they will be in the afternoon, or vice-versa.

Additional Fees

Enrolment Fee: For all courses, there is a one-off enrolment fee of GBP 65.

English & Football: Additional £/GBP 150 per week

Optional Sunday Trips: In addition to the standard programme of excursions, optional trips can be booked at extra cost.

Insurance – We strongly recommend that all students have fully comprehensive insurance to cover them in case of accident or emergency. We can arrange insurance through
Endsleigh. Prices subject to change.
– Insurance Cover Standard – GBP 9.85 per student per week
– Insurance Cover Private – GBP 19.70 per student per week
