We are teaming up with Sterling Training to offer management training courses at the Lewis School of English.
If you are a manager whose English level is B1 (Intermediate) or above, and you are looking to develop both your English and professional skills, our courses are ideal for you. Each management training course is 3 weeks long and combines skills-based training with technical English. Sterling is a specialist training provider for business, military and security sectors, and has an office at the Lewis School. This means you will benefit from high quality professional training while maximising your language development within a UK language school environment.
We’re teaming up with Sterling Training to offer four new management courses at the Lewis School. These 3-week courses combine skills-based training with technical English.
The courses will allow professionals whose English level is B1 (Intermediate) or above to develop their skills in Leadership & Management, Human Resources, Trainer Training or Project Management, while maximising their language development within a UK language school environment.
The Lewis School has been collaborating with Sterling Training, a specialist training provider for business, military and security sectors, for several years, and the partnership has been a fruitful one, with Sterling establishing its own office within the school premises. Up to now, courses have typically combined closed-group specialist training with General English classes, where participants joined other students from around the world. The success of these programmes meant that it was a natural next step for 2019 to offer courses for both individual and group enrolments, covering both language and technical components.
We believe this combination of professional skills development and language training is a powerful one, and will help managers excel in their role, particular in today’s global work environment.
The following courses are available in 2019, and bespoke programmes can also be arranged.
- Leadership and Management (28 Jan – 15 Feb 2019)
- Human Resources (18 Feb – 8 Mar 2019)
- Project Management (29 April – 17 May 2019)
- Trainer Training and Presentation Skills (10-28 June 2019)
