Our tailor-made programmes will develop your students’ English inside and outside the classroom, and help you discover our city and the south of England. We look forward to giving your clients a warm welcome and a truly memorable experience!
We can arrange for your group:
• an enriching programme of study with practical, communicative lessons, either in a closed group or mixed with our other adult students
• trips to other cities (including by private coach if requested)
• local visits to the SeaCity (Titanic) Museum, Tudor House and other attractions
• on-site activities such as barbecues, conversation club, or an English cream tea!

We’ve welcomed numerous 40+ groups, with many students returning for multiple visits! Our location is extremely convenient – with just a 2-minute walk, you can reach the main shopping street and bus stops. Southampton itself is a compact city that’s easy to explore and an ideal base for travel to London, Oxford, Bath, the New Forest with its free-roaming ponies and the Isle of Wight, where you’ll find Queen Victoria’s seaside palace. Business English
Our business courses help you communicate more effectively in the workplace. We can cover specific areas such as marketing and finance, incorporate project work, arrange field trips and enhance your speaking and writing abilities within a business context. Lessons are highly participative and focus on developing practical skills.
University Preparation
Our University Preparation course will familiarise you with the skills you’ll need on an undergraduate or postgraduate course at a UK university. Highly practical, it develops all four language skills, teaches you useful tips and tricks and broadens your knowledge of academic English. It’s ideal as a follow-up to an IELTS course or in combination with our IELTS Short Course.
Teacher Refresher Courses
Our teacher training courses can cover a wide range of skills according to your group’s needs – from teaching pronunciation to creating materials and from storytelling to error correction and increasing motivation. We can also include English language tuition if desired. Additionally, we can arrange for you to observe our own teachers at the Lewis School.
