Types of Data We Collect

Data from Online Enquiry Forms & Live Chat

If you communicate with us using our online forms or Live Chat, we may collect data from you in order to reply to your questions, such as:

  • Email address / telephone number according to your preferences
  • Information related to your enquiry

This information will be stored securely on our company server and deleted when no longer relevant to your enquiry.

Job Application Forms

Our job application forms are powered by Typeform and collect data necessary for your application. Please visit the Typefom Privacy Policy page for more information. Once you have submitted your application, we download this data and store it securely on our company server. It will be accessible only to our Human Resources staff and the hiring manager, and will be deleted at the end of your employment.

Mailing Lists

If you sign up for our Student Newsletter or Agent Newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We store this data securely on our company servers, and we never rent or trade email lists with other organisations. We also collect data about whether you open or click our emails, in order to learn how to make our newsletters more engaging. We use MailChimp to deliver our newsletters. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
